RETURN POLICY
We do not do any returns or exchange. We also appreciate if you do not request any cancelation of orders.
Do note that we are not responsible for any damages during shipping or lost mail.
If you have any issues with your items or mailing address, do DM us on instagram.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We will process your order once we've received payment. Shipping fee is set at $5 islandwide. Orders usually take about a week to reach you. Preorders will take 3 to 4 weeks. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that during Singapore public holidays, there may be additional delays in processing and delivery.
All orders are shipped using Singpost from Singapore – you will receive them in your mailbox.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not ship internationally for now, but we hope to do so in the future :)

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?
We currently do not take any commissions as we're always frying up new things for you! We are always open for collaborations though – do DM us on instagram and we are more than happy to work with you!
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
As of now, no we don't. But that's bigfry's biggest dream so insyaallah someday :)
